Ajay Devgan in ‘Mirapakai’Telugu Movie remake

Ajay Devagan After getting the biggest hit throughout his career through ‘Singham’ which is a remake of Surya’s Tamil Blockbuster movie with the same name, Ajay Devgan seems to be in love with South Indian films. As per the information given by sources, the actor is gearing up to act in remake of another south blockbuster.
Ajay this time seems to focus on Telugu Film industry and seems to be interested in doing remake of Ravi Teja’s Mirapakai. As per the reports, Ajay Devgan seems to be impressed with the movie and also is much ahead in the talks related to this project, Harish Shankar might be held back to continue direction for the movie even in Hindi.
Though the movie was earlier planned with Akshay Kumar, there has been no further proceedings on the area and now it seems to have taken another course altogether. Mirapakai was produced in Telugu by Ramesh Puppala where Deeksha Seth and Richa Gangopadhyay have been the female leads. We just have to wait for an official announcement about the remake with Ajay Devgan.

I am Not remaking 'Appadi Podu' song: Sonu Sood

Indian Actor Sonu Sood has denied reports that he is doing the Hindi remake of Tamilchartbuster "Appadi Podu", saying the rights are with Bollywood star Akshay Kumar.


"Hi, all the stories of me doing the 'Appadi Podu' song for 'Lucky Unlucky' are not true. The rights are with Akshay Kumar for his home production," the 38-year-old posted on Twitter.


"Will really look forward to it, I am sure he will rock," he added.


According to reports, Sonu had boughtrights of the song for his home production "Lucky Unlucky" and that will dance on the song with Mallika Sherawat, his leading lady in the film.


It is now said that Akshay will use the song for his upcoming film "Naam Hai Boss".

Though RA.One made her the chammak challo of the nation, Kareena Kapoor reportedly is not keen to do the second edition of the superhero flick.


Shah Rukh Khan received mixed reviews for his opus, and recently even confessed that he wished he had made the film better. However, receiving brick-bats for the film hasn't deterred Khan to come up with its sequel.


Buzz has it, that SRK approached Kareena for the second installment of the movie, but Kareena, who is planning to walk the aisle with beau Saif Ali Khan, post the release of Agent Vinod, gave him a cold shoulder.


Shah Rukh obviously isn't too pleased with her turning down the project and has started looking for another A-lister for the flick.


If sources are to be believed, then SRK doesn't have many friends left in the industry and recently at the launch of Daboo Ratnani's calendar, his friends Hrithik Roshan and Arjun Rampal walked out of the event as soon as the Baadshah stepped in.

The King is back and how!!! Shah Rukh Khan’s recently released film ‘Don 2’ has broken many records of sorts and has apparently crossed Rs. 200 crore benchmark in overall collections since its release. If reports are to be believed the film has garnered a whopping Rs. 217 crores as its net collections from both Indian and overseas market. The film has beaten the earlier overseas records set by films like ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’, ‘Bodyguard’ which released and raked in moolah in international markets last year.

Apart from that this SRK starrer film has even broken the record which was set by Shah Rukh himself. His film ‘My Name is Khan’ that was a huge international hit had set records in terms of box office collections and ‘Don 2’ has broken that benchmark as well. Though the film has done reasonably well in India but its overseas record are something that will make everyone sit back and notice the charm of the global star SRK.
